AcquaVapore S17-L-ALL: reclining bathtub with door for the left room corner
The AcquaVapore S17-L-ALL belongs to the range of low-threshold reclining bathtubs with door. In the left-hand version it is positioned for the left room corner and offers the chance to bathe relaxed while lying down, without having to give up safety or comfort. The side door with a low entry makes getting in considerably easier, so that even people with limited mobility can enjoy bathing safely and independently. The model is made of white acrylic and measures 150 x 75 cm.

Door system, lying area and water at a glance
The side door of the S17-L-ALL opens outwards and clears a wide passage. The entry over the door measures 37 cm in width, which allows a comfortable step into the tub. The door closes by a safety latch that holds the seal safely and reliably, so that no water escapes. This additional locking mechanism is designed for daily use and can be operated with one hand. The door threshold is kept low to ease entry without impairing the sealing effect.
Inside the tub you lie stretched out, which corresponds to a classic tub bath. The immersion depth is 31 cm, which allows a pleasant water cover while lying down. The holding space is between 146 and 155 litres, the water consumption amounts to about 120 litres. The tub holds one person and, with its 150 cm inner length, offers ample room for a relaxed lying experience. At the upper end of the tub there is a corner area that can be used as a short support when getting in and out. Beneath the tub body made of fibreglass-reinforced acrylic sits a height-adjustable stainless steel frame that evens out smaller floor deviations without additional packing. The mixer is made of brass, polished and chrome-plated, with a single-lever mixer and diverter for hot and cold water.

The required connections are a hot water connection, a cold water connection and a waste water connection with 40 millimetre. A prior check of the existing pipes makes later installation considerably easier. The tub connections can also be laid on the opposite side, which offers more flexibility in tight space conditions. With 75 cm outer width the tub fits through a common apartment door. Transport into the bathroom therefore succeeds in most cases without dismantling.
