Massage, door and interior
The side tub door opens into the interior of the tub and can be closed securely after getting in. The safety latch ensures that the door stays reliably tight during the bath. The door seal of a special material prevents water from penetrating outwards. For additional safety when getting in and out a combination with a wall-mounted grab handle is advisable, which is available separately. A corner seat at the upper tub rim is available as an intermediate step and eases getting in before you stretch out in the tub.
The tub body is made of fibreglass-reinforced acrylic and rests on a height-adjustable stainless steel frame that compensates small floor unevenness. In the interior you lie outstretched; the water fills the tub up to an immersion depth of 31 cm. The integrated whirlpool water system works with 5 adjustable water jets that are driven by a pump with 750 watt. The jets create targeted massage currents that reach back, legs and arms, and the whirlpool system runs with 230 volt mains voltage. The outlet is located off the centre of the tub, which keeps the usable lying area wide and generous. The mixer is made of brass and polished chrome-plated, which gives a durable surface with a well-kept look. The tub holds between 146 and 155 litres of water, which is enough for a relaxed full bath while lying down.

Before ordering a short look at connections and the installation site is worthwhile. A hot and cold water connection as well as a waste water connection with 40 mm diameter are needed. As this is a whirlpool model, a 230 volt power connection near the tub is additionally required. Hot and cold water can also be connected on the opposite side; the exact connection areas can be taken from the dimensional sketch supplied. The tub fits whole through a standard door from 70 centimetres width, so transport into existing bathrooms is possible in most cases without dismantling.
Before shipping every model is unpacked, inspected visually and filled with water on a test rig. Only after a passed leak-tightness check do we pack the tub again for transport.
