The AcquaVapore W70H-SC is a walk-in whirlpool as a corner bath with an integrated entry door and an active air and water system. The combination of a low step-over point, a comfortable seating area and comprehensive massage technology makes it a versatile solution for the home bathroom.
Technology and features of the AcquaVapore W70H-SC
The quarter-circle corner bath W70H-SC measures 150x150 cm in plan and holds up to 180 litres. The air and water system works with 26 jets in total, 14 water jets for a targeted deep massage and 12 air jets for a bubbling full bath. On the bath rim there is a touchscreen through which the massage intensity, the heater and all other functions can be set. Over Bluetooth a smartphone can be connected to the bath so that music can be played through the built-in speakers. The colour light spot with 7 colours adds an atmospheric touch to the bathing experience. The built-in heater rated at 1,500 W keeps the water temperature stable throughout the bathing time. As a special feature, the W70H-SC has an active pipe cleaning function that automatically flushes the massage lines after bathing and so keeps them hygienically clean. Entry door, massage jets and assembly
The W70H-SC is suitable when mobility is declining and the high bath rim becomes increasingly difficult, as well as for a spa experience in your own bathroom with a soothing jet massage. The side entry door with a safety lock opens comfortably outwards; the low threshold can be crossed with a normal step, without having to climb into the bath. Inside, a small seat in the corner towards the wall allows you to sit down safely and settle in calmly before the massage function is started. The fibreglass-reinforced acrylic basin is easy to clean and keeps its shape even with regular use. Pumps, electronics and taps are fitted in Germany; the complete package reaches you ready for connection.
The load is carried by a height-adjustable stainless steel frame that places the bath securely and level in the bathroom. For connection at the installation site you need two 1/2 inch connections for hot and cold water as well as an HT-40 waste water connection. A quick check of the existing bathroom helps to avoid surprises during installation. For operation a 230 V socket is required as the mains connection, which supplies the whirlpool pump. The display, colour light and audio function work internally on a safe 12 V extra-low voltage.
The whirlpool bath is delivered as a single package, with pumps and jets fitted and wired at the factory, so that only the connections need to be made at the installation site. We test every whirlpool bath with water before dispatch, check the jets and pumps and make sure it is watertight. For delivery by carrier we ask for a telephone number that can be reached during the day for the advice note. Delivery is with kerbside delivery.
